Springbok Coffee Roasters website design

“We couldn’t be happier with our new website and our experience working with Mike. When we decided to redesign our old website and merge our online store located at Ecwid into our website, it seemed overwhelming. Mike mapped out a plan, was extremely professional and made it an enjoyable experience. Our online store represents a large percentage of our coffee sales, it is reassuring to know our website is always performing perfectly and through Mike’s website management, we know it will stay that way.”

The Challenge

Springbok Coffee Roasters previous website was hard to find online and their store was hosted separately from the website at Ecwid. With a website that was not performing well and a confusing connection between their website and store, they were in need of a new website that was easy to find with a user friendly storefront built in.

They tasked me with creating a fast, user and SEO-friendly website to showcase their brand in it’s best light as well as a better online shopping experience with the option to purchase coffee subscriptions.

The Solution

I began with an audit of their current website and online store and created a plan based off of the findings. After a discovery meeting, the goals of the new website were clear and I began building out the new sitemap.

Using their new brand guidelines, I created design mockups and began building out a block based website. I worked with a copywriter to create new SEO-focused content and managed their old website and store URLs to maintain their ranking.

An additional goal of the site was to allow customers to purchase coffee subscriptions. I brought their coffee subscription service to life with a custom, user-friendly WooCommerce store. Finally, I taught the team at Springbok how to add new products, update their inventory, and process orders.

The Results

Now, the team of Springbok has a website they’re proud to show off. The new design and functionality have already shown positive results for their sales and customer satisfaction.

Their new subscription functionality and easy-to-navigate store mean more and more customers are setting up recurring purchases – significantly increasing their profits. Managing their inventory and online orders has never been easier, their SEO rankings are continuously on the rise, and they’re processing orders faster than ever before.
